Little Saigon serves delicious Pho soup. We've tasted the one with meatballs. I actually had Pho right after my first vaccine. Glad I did because it nourished me well. Restaurant is super clean. Owner very friendly. Had the opportunity to eat in and take out also. Eat in experience was really nice.

This place is amazing. The family that owns it is delightful as well. If you aren't sure what you want, they're happy to make suggestions and they won't steer you wrong. Just a great little restaurant.

Great food and great service. The owners are attentive to your every need and you can taste the freshness on every trip. Pho Tai is top notch and you can’t go wrong with one of the sandwiches

Ever since I pursued, and won the hand, of my beautiful Asian bride; I have become something of an Asian food connoisseur. While I am absolutely thrilled with the dishes that she cooks at home, getting the majority of her ingredients from Mr Chen's Chinese market, I love taking her out to eat and we opt for Asian food the majority of the time. We have tried most of the Vietnamese restaurants in the area, with our favorite being the Saigon restaurant in Flowood. Back to my review of this restaurant, I pass this place quite often, as I frequent the reservoir area to go fishing. Today, I decided to stop in and give them a go. This is definitely fast food quality, when it comes to Vietnamese cuisine. You are served with styrofoam plates and cups, there is no complimentary water when you sit down. I ordered spring rolls and cream cheese wonton chips for an appetizer and, I was brought two spring rolls that were loosely wrapped in Saran wrap. It was very obvious that the spring rolls were made in advance, wrapped in cling wrap, and placed in the refrigerator. How long they had been in the refrigerator was anybody's guess but, they did not look fresh. As for the cream cheese wonton chips, they could not have had more than a quarter of a teaspoon of cream cheese in each chip. I was shocked. I then ordered the combination pho noodles for my main course. This is the same dish that I order quite often at the Saigon restaurant in Flowood. I was very disappointed. The broth had a dark color to it, as opposed to the clear broth that I get at Saigon in Flowood. The ingredients were very skimpy, if there was any tendon in the bowl, I failed to get a good look at it. The tripe was very small slices, what would appear to be a couple of pinches. The flavor reminded me of ramen noodles. I'm glad I stopped in here to try them out, as I now know to not bring my wife here. There is one more Vietnamese restaurant in the same general area that I will be trying out. I think that will wrap it up for all of the Vietnamese restaurants in the Jackson and surrounding area. If you have not tried Saigon restaurant in Flowood yet, give them a go. You will not be disappointed.
