The staff are great.. the staff are very helpful.. like all the employees of this Kroger.. yes you may have to wait a few moments.. they serve many customers.. thanks for taking care of my family

They take forever to fill the prescription. Most of the times, I have to go and ask for the medicine; they will say it is not filled yet and will ask me to come the next day. Otherwise, they will ask me to wait for 30 minutes to fill and then come back.nnIf there is anyone in the queue that the staff knows, they keep on talking and chatting with them without realizing that there are a lot of people waiting in the queue.nnAlso, most of the time, the person who checks you out is not authorized to deliver the medicine to the customer; somebody from the other side of the pharmacy has to come and scan their ID and then only the medicine can be delivered to the customer. I used to wonder why can't they put someone who can deliver the medicine to also checkout the medicine to the customer.nnOverall, worst Customer experience.nnThe only reason I keep this store as my pharmacy is that it is near to my home.

I thought I had been to the worst pharmacy when I went to cvs in Jackson on McDowell road. Well, I was wrong. This pharmacy could not care less. Besides taking their sweet precious time to do anything, they act like you are bothering them.

They have a 2.5 starts for a reason. I’ve been getting my medicine here for over two years. They are never happy, always rude, and always seem miserable. My husband went to pick my medicine up for me and was talked to like he was nothing. They are NOT the only ones working amid this situation that we are currently in. A little grace goes a long way, but after two years...get new jobs if you are that unhappy.
