Brandon Public Works hired a contractor to upgrade the sewer lines in my neighborhood. When I came home from work, my house smelled like automobile fuel. I called the after hours number to complain and they sent out this flunky who said he didn't know what was going on with the repairs. I also had to place half a dozen work orders to get the street light replaced. It only took two months.

This department overall is well managed and handles things very professionally.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Took over a year and a half to get half of a work order complete. Countless people losing the work order. Full of empty promises. Can’t get anyone to call you back.
