I rented a car last Monday, there was small chip that led to a crack in the windshield. I contacted them automatically, i carried the vehicle by there and they told me i could pay to have it replaced or file it through my insurance. I found the windshield for much cheaper price contacted them today to let them know, i was going to pay out of pocket bc it was a cheaper rate for me vs paying a $500 deductible and then my insurance covers the rest. They refused to tell me Friday that i could only go through one glass company for this. I do not recommend anyone to use this place! I see now why they are low rated on reviews.

Taloria was very easy to work with and accommodated to my needs quickly and efficiently. She was very professional and friendly. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was an hour late getting there to pick up the vehicle and I still had to wait 20 minutes before it was ready for me.

Never any vehicles to choose between. You just have to take what’s given to you basically. I had no idea they close at 12pm on Saturday so when I got there at 1pm I saw the note on the door due to Covid, they close at 12pm. I immediately called the 1-800 number and the lady said not to take it to the airport wait and take it back to the location I got it. That they were usually understanding and wouldn’t make me pay but maybe a penalty fee or something. I ended up having to pay 75.00 for not returning it before that 12pm close time. I returned it Monday morning with WAY over the amount of gas that was suppose to be in it. Don’t rent from this location unless you just HAVE too.

If I could give this 0 stars If I could. First car they gave us had not even been cleaned. 2nd car had stains all over. We had to upgrade and couldnt even give us a complimentary upgrade! Never even got an apology!!!! Especially with COVID you should make sure they are clean!!! Will definitely be renting from the airport from now on!!! We travel all over the world amd have never dealt with an enterprise like this one!!!
