They used to have great people in the grooming salon, but obviously they’ve lost them all. We took our girl to get her nails clipped. My first clue that something was off was that Sadie did not want to go with the girl into the salon. I had to walk with her back there. Sadie has always loved all of their employees, and would go with them without hesitation. They then tried all of two minutes and gave up and said they couldn’t do it. I’ve never had this problem with Sadie, EVER. She is not aggressive whatsoever. They used to get one person to love on her (she’s the biggest baby) and then the second person would cut them. She’s scared of getting them cut, but with a little attention and letting her know it’s going to be okay, she’s fine. If you’re going to work with dogs I would think you’d have a little more patience. Needless to say, they just lost my business permanently.

Today I had my puppy groomed. They did such a good job with her. This was her first time being groomed. She’s was little shy at first but they took time and gave her treats until she was used to them. When I came to pick her up she was so happy and even greeted other customers. The whole way home I just wanted to pet her because she was so silky and soft and smells so good. Definitely will be taking her more often.

The store itself was fine but if they have signage stating mask are mandatory it should be enforced. Also, if employees are to wear mask they should be worn correctly, no under the nose use.

Purchased items through app to pick up in store. I asked an associate a couple questions about my aquarium and fish. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Went up front to pick up order. Associate was there to help me quickly and order was ready to go.
