The staffs were nice and helpful. Services were offered in a swift manner. Waiting due to corona virus and social distancing is in your car or at least outside the building.

If it is going to be closed for the day they need to keep the online site up to date with time frame. Everyone looks at the site before coming and it shows open but show up and no one opens the door. Need to keep signs on door up to date as well and a number so everyone can call and get information for the dmv in Natchez,Ms

There is room for improvement here but the reason these reviews are mixed so badly is because of the rampant racism and overall irritability from both sides. When I came in, it was right before their lunch ended and the line was about 10 people waiting for the door to be unlocked. The man I talked to there was very polite and quick to help me with what I needed and I shortly left after I had come in. I believe this DMV gets too much business for it to be as small and outdated as it is. I hope they get funds to expand and upgrade so that these exchanges will be smoother and faster.

I’ve been standing outside in 90+ degree heat and they keep allowing CDL drivers to skip to the front of the line. The workers are moving at the speed of snails and they seem overly unorganized.
