The staff was very friendly... Dr Haygood was good with me... He explained everything I needed to know about getting my dentures and I would definitely recommend this office for your dental needs...

I went in as an old patient with new insurance. The old secretary at the desk started in on me the moment I hit the door. Very rude and unprofessional. I told her I was having a bad day and she got smart with me. I told her it wouldn't take much for me to leave. She crossed her arms and said leave. I don't care. I looked at her as if she had lost her mind. I asked her did she think dr hay good felt that way? She said leave we don't care. I called back twice before I left town to which she hung up on me twice. I hastily wrote my phone number down, walked back into the dentist office and saw dr hay good standing the door. I walked past his secretary and handed him my number and asked him to call me at his convenience. It's been three weeks and I have not heard a peep out of this dentist. My wife and I went to him for over 10 years and he lets his racist secretary cost him thousands of dollars I needed to spend to get my teeth fixed. If he would let a racist work for him and cost him that kind of money without so much as a phone call to find out why I was dissatisfied after 10 of loyal service. I would ask you , how do you think he is going to treat you? Very very rude , totally unprofessional and the most racist woman I have ever me. This is my take on a visit to a dentist office in Vidalia Louisiana called Hay-good dentistry. Good luck they didn't act as though they wanted or needed my money
