We had a really nice experience here. They had a Jeep we were looking for, but someone else had already claimed it. Leon kept me up to date on what was going on and let me know as soon as it was available again. The buying experience was straight forward and everyone left happy. I recently purchased a Ford F150 from Mississippi Auto Direct as an out of state buyer. Sean and his team were excellent to work with and help answer all of my questions and concerns as I was buying the truck site unseen. There were a few small issues that came up during the process and Sean was very quick to help correct them. Overall their communication was great and they were very easy to work with. I went in for an alignment because the local Ford dealership referred me to them. Mississippi Auto recommended I change a part which I'd been suspecting the vehicle needed, and they did it quickly for a great price. This was on an old conversion van that other shops didnt even bother trying to align correctly, but Mississippi Auto did it perfectly! All the employees seemed honest and nice.
Alaina and the team worked hard to secure financing and make sure I was happy with every step of the process. I've never had such an easy experience. I highly recommend them.
