I recently bought a new F150 at Natchez Ford and Craig Barrows handled the purchase as my salesman. Craig is knowledgeable and very thorough. He followed through on all his commitments to me and assisted me through the purchase. I highly recommend Craig to anyone wanting a friendly and respectful salesman. All the staff I met at Natchez Ford were courteous and helpful. Natchez Ford is a first class dealership.
The car was very nice for the most part, however the high price tag wasn't a great value.nnThe car needed a tire as soon as we bought it, and a few hundred miles after buying it, the oil needed to be changed. You'd think they would inspect the cars better.

My wife and I recently purchased a used F-150 from Lori Callon at Natchez Ford. Both Lori and her General Manager, Randy Johnson were very accommodating in dealing with a mechanical issue that appeared shortly after our purchase. They really stand behind their vehicles, and they quickly and accurately resolved our issue. We were pleasantly surprised and we will certainly, once again, drive the 3 hours from our home to deal with Natchez Ford in the future. They truly are awesome people with high principles and a sincere desire to please their customers.
