We had a great experience with Mattress Firm. The salesmen were knowledgeable, friendly, and didn’t give us the high pressure sales pitch we got from a different store in town. It was this, coupled with affordable quality that made us decide to buy there. We paid an additional $125 for delivery and haul away of our old mattress and box spring. Deliveries are made to this area every Sunday. We were very pleased with the treatment we received and the great deal we got on our new bed.
Paul was awesome, he was super helpful going above and beyond to help us find the right mattress. He got us fixed up with a box spring, pillow, sheets, and mattress protector for the best price. I would recommend every time to go through your local mattress firm. Thank you Paul! I cant wait to get some actual rest!
Went in to the Wenatchee mattress firm as I was looking at upgrading to a king bed. The associate Paul was very knowledgeable and respectable. This was my first time ever buying a mattress for myself. I explained my budget and he steered me to the right direction for the best bang for my buck. Paul had no trouble explaining the differences between firm, medium, and plush as well as what each mattress had to offer. He also explained the best way to take care of it for the longest lasting results. As bed frames go I didn’t realize how many different options there were. I definitely chose to go with one of the higher end models (mf900) they had due to my sleep issues.He was able to explain all components that went into it and even showed me how it worked. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the customer service I was given. Will definitely be talking to Paul again if I ever need anything else!! Highly recommended. Absolutely recommend visiting this store for your next mattress purchase. From the moment I walked in all my needs were met, the service was tailored to me and what I was looking for. I was able to lay and feel all the mattresses. After a couple hours of being there and asking questions, Paul helped me get the perfect set for an unbelievable price.
