I will leave the good part for the end, but unfortunately I had to change my rating. Specifically requested a delivery time for the arrangement ordered. The flowers were ordered for someone else and showed up 2 hours early before she arrived. The delivery person admitted to not having actually read the card with the delivery time on it. VERY DISAPPOINTED about that. However the first half of my experience was awesome. I walked in not knowing exactly what I wanted. The lady who assisted me immediately asked all the right questions and got me set up with exactly what I needed! Flowers are expensive no matter where you go, but service like Butterfield's is PRICELESS!! Thank you guys!
I live out of state and always prefer to order over the phone and speak with someone. Hope answered the phone and she was wonderful. She took the time and answered all of my questions. She was very professional and compassionate when I told her the reason for sending flowers.. thank you so much.
They were very helpful, and put together an awesome arrangement for me last minute. They also have a lot of great gift items in the store as well.
Easy to select flowers. Flowers were beautiful. Just wish they had more choices that were under $30.
I live out-of-state, so I didn't get to see the flowers. But I was told by the recipient that the arrangement was absolutely GORGEOUS!! *** EDIT: Later a family member sent this photo, and the flowers are definitely gorgeous!
