Schnucks floral department is the G.O.A.T. ! I wish I had caught the name of the employee that helped me. I was incredibly frustrated with another floral shop after not being able to come in and pick a floral arrangement for my grandmother's funeral. I went to schnucks to see what they had in the case and the supply was very limited. I decided to build my own arrangement. The employee at the floral counter was incredibly helpful. She was so nice and helped me gather everything that I needed, including the container, floral oasis, and a sympathy card pick. After two other florists had made this experience awful, I was so thankful that she was willing to help. I know she'll never see it, but my grandmother would have loved the arrangement I built.
One of your store managers Steve is so nice and personable. Always treats me like I'm the only customer he has. Very rare to find this quality in a person. Schnucks is very lucky to have someone like Steve on their team!!!!
