The person assisting on the phone was extremely clueless. Useless and not helpful at all!

I attempted to pay a traffic ticket online, which they constantly try to get you to do on their automated phone recordings as well as their notices by mail. The payment was made in full and I got a confirmation. Five days later, I receive another notice of suspension, warning me to pay.nnThey will not answer their phone and offer no way of reaching them at the East Wenatchee Branch so that I can learn why. I got desperate and called the Bridgeport office. The person at that office guessed that I would probably have to pay another $52 to N-court (a third party payment company) even though there is no fee isn't posted anywhere and N-court says they don't know anything about it.nnSo, fine. I guess I will pay more money and hope that there isn't any other hidden charges or else I will lose my license. If only they were as efficient at making their demands as they are at accepting our money, we would be able to better serve them.

The deputy was very rude Thomas Williams once he realized that I was from a different county. Was in town visiting my parents and was pulled over in my parents car for a burnt out break Light. The officer was going to just give me a warning but then realized that I was not the owner of the car and that my license was from a different county. His attitude quickly change from a nice polite conversation to very aggressive and let's get the Coastie. He immediately walked to his car after realizing that I was from a different county and came back with a ticket. I have asked a number of other people and they all say the same thing this department is ticket crazy.

Judge is very rude the staff is very snooty. Justice isn't being served here at this place, they implement uses of vulgarity towards the common person and act as if they are better than the human sitting in front of them.

This department is VERY ticket happy, as Tommy Gray said. A guy I know has gotten 3 tickets in his lifetime, and they were all in this county.
