Great experience at fleet feet today! I went in somewhat naive, just knowing I needed some quality running shoes as I am working to get back into running condition after 11 years. As to what exactly I wanted, I didn't know. Cole helped me out with everything from that minute I set foot inside! He asked about what exactly I'd be doing, any pain I've experienced, and of course, went through the fitting routine. He gave me 3 good choices and we talked through what I thought was best. I ended up with a pair that feel incredible and more comfortable than I imagined. Can't wait to try them out on a good run, and can't wait to share the great experience I had with my friends who recommended it to me! Big thanks to Cole and fleet feet!
We had every intention of coming into the store and purchasing several hundred dollars worth of shoes. We made a phone call to make sure that they sold a particular brand we were looking for, and was never warned that there was a 25 minute wait just to be helped by an associate. We came into the store shortly after placing the phone call and we're told that there was a long wait, after driving out from out of state with two small children in the car. Thanks for nothing, Kat. We will never give your company business ever again, from now on I will go to Big River Running where they actually appreciate their customers.
