I got second holes put in my ears and so far so good. The staff was nice and quick. She got me in and out, and did a great job of explaining the process.
The the was well stocked and the associates were very friendly.
Costs WAY too much,! And they messed up my piercing, and I had to go to a plastic surgeon to get it fixed because it was pierced down on my ear lobe. Will not go back.
I HAD TO WAIT 40 MINUTES TO GET IN THIS PLACE TO BUY A NECKLACE BECAUSE A TEENAGE GIRL NEEDED 5 PEOPLE WITH HER TO GET HER EARS PIERCED AND ONLY 7 PEOPLE WERE ALLOWED IN THE STORE AND THE EMPLOYEES WERE HAVING CONVERSATIONS WITH THEM FOR 10 MINUTES WHILE THEY WERE CHECKING OUT.
