The two of them worked with me on schedualeing a time that worked for both of us when they arrived on time and where very kind and helpful. They did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets any one with a toddler and a couple of dogs can tell you the carpets needed a good cleaning and they did exactly that I recommended them to every one
We called on a Sunday afternoon and they answered and were very polite. They were able to squeeze us in the following day to get the carpet cleaned.
Double-wide with pet-soiled carpets. Originally asked for a Friday, no issues, and they told me about a special they were running that I didn't know about, which lowered the already reasonable price. Then I had openings for them to come sooner and called just to see if they could. They came SAME DAY. The place now looks and smells great, they were in and out in what felt like 10 minutes, and they got every animal waste spot. I could not be happier!
They responded to my inquiry very quickly, and were able to get in to clean my carpets fairly soon. They did a great job cleaning the carpets. I was afraid I was going to have to replace the carpets in a rental that I have and thanks to Ozark professional carpet cleaning services, they helped save my pocketbook.
They were very punctual and did an awesome job. I called them on a Monday and they came out on Tuesday. Very very nice people, will use them again.
