I have rented a Uhaul via Show Me Clean LLC twice in the past two year's due to multiple moves military related. I haven't had any issue's with their services and have always been well-treated of which I am also local to the area and know people in Pulaski a lot better than out-of-state customers.nnIn addition, the Manager of this location is very tentative to all of his customers and their questions. He's very knowledgeable and helps make recommendations based on what you express that you want.nnDue to the location, being next to Fort Leonard Wood it's rather limited availability when it comes to their equipment, but it's understandable in my opinion, most other locations probably don't get this customer traffic of frequent movers. However, I am a more frugal and humble person than most others.nnThe only issue I have ever seen, is the employees under the manager do not represent the Company in a professional manner as they always look ungroomed and sit on their phone until they are tasked to do something. They seem rather lazy.

I hired, and PAID for, this company (through uhaul) to help move two weeks before my move date. They didn't contact me, so I called the number and it was disconnected. I googled the company, called them, left multiple messages, and finally heard from them TWO days before my move, stating they were not coming. So I had to hire another company last minute. Then the day of my move, I went to uhaul in Fenton, and was told I had TWO reservations. One for then, and one for that night to pick up at ShowMeClean location. I NEVER made the second reservation and find it interesting that someone did.

Workers did fine. The real problem is I had to pick the movers up and transport them to and from my location in my vehicle. They were also I'll equipped. Yes it was super sketchy but the stuff was loaded. The movers were fine just not how the business is being ran.

The company did not send a big enough truck to move to another state. The company sent a second truck a few weeks later and many items were missing that were promised to be delivered. They will not return any phone calls as well on the missing items.
