Food Lion's biggest problem is the cashier's the only be two registers open and the place is packed . One cashier there who's amazing get you in and out just two other I don't know if you still work there it may have been laid off whatever these are all three or older it's got a food Lion go for the older cashiers don't go for the younger ones cuz they don't know what they're doing half the time and ain't their fault because I don't think they been properly trained or they don't have the experience regardless go for the older cashiers . There is one specific who cleans her area with cleaning supplies double bags what needs to be double bag is awesome job Wipes down after every three customer she's immaculate that woman deserves a raise whatever they're paying if you have been to this food Lion you know exactly who I'm talking about that woman is awesome God bless her that's it

This store has definitely come a long way over the years. I used to work here and it was poorly managed but survived and stayed busy. A decade later and I have noticed a lot of changes. Customer Service is better, management seems to be on the right track, the store has undergone a major remodel and looks fantastic, etc. I'm proud that they've made necessary changes to keep the business booming.

I often go here for a few things, they are usually very nice, they have recently remodeled the store so it looks nice. Some self check outs would have been nice, but that would take a job from someone. Nice neighborhood store.

This place the closest to my house, but definitely not my first choice of stores unless I just need something quick. The prices aren't sky high, but you will pay more than other grocery stores. The cashiers are always very nice though. They are the only reason the store got 3 stars instead of 1 or 2. As far as cleanliness, that also gets a 3. The produce and meats are hit or miss. If you can catch the sales, it's worth going. The shopping center itself is not a place I go, especially at night. Like I said, the store is very close (within a half mile), but not my first choice in grocery stores.
