Horrible business.Did not want to argue with the guy when I went to pick up my $1,400 necklace that was loaned. On top of that there was a guy he knew already there that was backing him up being so dang agreeable with everything the owner was saying. Like I said I did not want to argue. But I told the owner during the day of the loan that this necklace meant a lot and that was going to pay back.If he's so good at helping people out then why did he get rid of my necklace so quick? I had the money. I even told him I give him extra if he got it back for me. All the days that I went there and they were closed in July so I started calling ahead of time and the voicemail said they open the next day..nope closed again. Come to find out he just so coincidentally sold my necklace that meant so much to me at a time when gold as at its highest! I was not a one-time customer either that was some crazy stuff Jay Lucky I'm not mentioning his info name or going any further at this time. This dude even had the nerve to tell me I'll call and do everything I can to get a hold of the jeweler who just picked up my necklace. He was lying through his teeth while talking to a friend which was very unprofessional. I swear I wanted to punch that friend he was talking to because the dude kept eavesdropping and saying oh Jay doesn't do that, well guess what Yes he does. I must have done dozens of exchanges with that wretched pawn shop. Scarlite coin and spawn of Satan!
