This is the second time that I have used Pivot in Middletown. I had a badly strained knee and Lauren was able to get me back to normal within three weeks. Lauren was not only professional but she approaches you with a smile and a determined demeanor each visit. The rest of the staff is excellent as well as my wife used them for PT after knee replacement, She raved about the people there is well. Thank you Lauren for you help and getting me back to normal!

I highly recommend Pivot physical therapy. The excellent staff Kevin, Kelly, and Lauren go above and beyond. I have had nothing but positive results and positive experiences. Polite and professional service! I absolutely love these guys!

I recently came here for rehab following total knee replacement. I was anxious about the process. To my relief, it was a fabulous experience. My therapist, Kevin, was extremely knowledgeable and supportive. Because of his encouragement I was able to progress through this rehab. This is such a friendly place. All staff members are great. I would highly recommend PIVOT at Sandhill Plaza in Middletown, DE.

Nobody likes to be in pain, but if you need therapy, I have found this facility to be a great place to heal. The staff is friendly and caring. They listen to your concerns and work on exercises that are meaningful to get you back in shape to do activities that are important to you. Receptionist tries to schedule sessions in time slots that meet your schedule. Would highly recommend Pivot if you need therapy.

I've been coming to Pivot Therapy since May 2019. The entire staff is very professional and friendly. Kevin Sharp was my therapist and is also the director, It is very apparent that his staff enjoys working here. I have healed very well from my knee surgery. If I need physical therapy in the future, I certainly know where I will go.
