Waited for almost 15 minutes for a 4” sandwich and watched MULTIPLE people who came in after me get there food. I mentioned twice that they ordered after me she never said anything she just looked at me and she WAS NOT even calling out numbers for half the orders she put up! Also she was “super busy” chatting with the other girl about something instead of working. Then she copped an attitude with me and told me I need to speak up! I said I have been standing here for a while and she looked at me SO MANY times and never once asked what I was waiting for or my number or anything, so when I was upset saying a lot of people who came in way after got their orders she tried to turn it around on me. I LOVE Wawa and this is the FIRST bad experience I have ever had which is funny cause this is my first time ordering food from the one in Prince Frederick and all I have to say is if that’s someone you want on your team then that’s sad. I am seriously a super patient person and I have done this job before but honestly that was some serious poor customer service.

Breakfast is posted to end at 11am NOT 10:45am. Not everyone is on the same schedule . When I asked for breakfast I was told that it ends at 11am . I pointed out that I still have 10-15 minutes and person behind the counter rudely said that things were switched over to lunch .

Every time I visit this store something is wrong the computers or ordering system. Wether they didn’t even receive your mobile app order or something is rebooting or not unlocked in the menu. But yet the employees and manager are sitting behind the counter. I’ve never been in and out of here in under 10 minutes if I’ve had to order a menu item. Shame they are so convenient for my commute or I’d find a different location. Love the food and prices but the store team fumbles the store experience to make you contemplate going elsewhere. Lucky a royal farms hasn’t popped up across the street...yet!

i had quesadillas and salad.The prices are nominal and service is quick.The food is average.My salad was good but the quesadillas was a bit dry but not to bad.
