I waited in a line of 10 people paid for my food 5 minutes after I paid I get called saying we don’t have your soup. I walk away to get a refund she yells out o we can’t make your meatball sandwich either. She did ask what else I wanted nothing I ordered what I wanted why don’t they take items off the screen if you don’t have them. I had to wait inline another ten minutes for a refund. I will just stop in Dunkirk next time they are always on point Management at Prince Frederick sucks!!!!!
I wish I could give them zero stars the boss Brittney was yelling over the phone at us because I was trying to explain a issue to her about our order an after that she then hung up the phone on us an we ordered two coffees an one of them had a ball of the stuff that they put in it at top so it had to be redone witch they didn't do an it was sitting there for over an hour an all the ice was melted an the coffee was a mess it had spliced all over it an I tried to explain to her thT she could of remade it but then she started yelling over the phone i thought that was disrespectful an unnecessary to do when I was not yelling or being rude towards her
Subpar quality service and food. No one would tell customers not wearing masks to put on one or leave. This was VERY frustating as one gentleman was by the food preparation line talking to the staff.
