Wow petsmart, just wow. I placed an order as a new customer, wanting to take advantage of your first authorship order offer for a month worth of diabetic cat food. Back then, you were offering 40% off the first order. You emailed me saying the order was placed, contacted my vet and everything, and then canceled my order the next day, citing a lack of inventory. I even called, hoping to keep my order and ask you to just send it when you get more, but no, that wasn't an option. I had to go buy it elsewhere. Now I see why. I was price shopping today for another case of food and discovered your new first time autoship deal, which is now only 30% and has a maximum discount of $20. Now it seems clear that you thought I was getting too good of a deal, so you cancelled my order and changed your offer. Not winning my loyalty. That's for sure.

The staff was very pleasant and helped me get everything I needed for my new pet. They were very informative and knew what they were talking about

I used to love this PetSmart but unfortunately since the pandemic the staffing quality has really gone down hill! They get a BIG attitude when you order CURBSIDE PICKUP and it takes them 20 mins to bring your order out even without any customers in the store. Should’ve stopped going here when an employee brought my stuff out and said “ You couldn’t come inside and get this?!” I’d rather drive to the next PetSmart location and won’t be coming back here. Lazy a** people!!!
