She may have a great bedside manner, but she desperately needs to review the requirements of a valid prescription.nEvery rx needs the name of your patient, a date, a drug that actually exists, a quantity, complete directions that actually make sense for the prescribed drug, and a signature, Dr. Crawford.nnThank you.
