they don't really care about you. They rush to get things done and not sit down and figure it out...... Can't even talk or ask questions sometimes. They will already be out the door. They needa do better and care for they patients more. It's not a rush. Show more care

*UPDATE*nI changed docs because this place was closer and every one was so very nice and courteous. I did not have to wait long for my appointment. However, in ALL the time my child was a pt here, I was never able to get an appointment when he was actually sick. I was always told to bring him to the ER. I do not have Medicaid so bringing him to the ER was a $300 deductable. When I expressed this to the staff, I was told to wait 2 weeks for an appointment or pay the deductible. We no longer use this facility. I need a doctor who can see my child when he is well AND fit him in when he is sick. After all, isn't that the point of the doctor in the first place??
