I’ve been going for a year now & I had no problems at all! His nurse Rachel she is a doll always so sweet and so easy to talk to. Jason on the other hand was a good doctor in my eyes until today. He completely blew my mind with how rude he was! So first he walks in doesn’t even knock and says miss Fontenot is the medicine you are taking making you forget appointments. I thought he was joking so I go to explain what happened he cuts me off and says I missed 6 appointments in the year and he said that if his staff would have been paying attention I wouldn’t have been let back and he said that if I don’t show up he doesn’t get paid and he doesn’t like that. He also said that if I can’t pick up a phone and call to reschedule which I do the day of the appointment and I leave voicemails but never hear back that I just shouldn’t come anymore. He never once sat down and talked to me softly he was standing above me and was speaking very angrily. I have never felt so uncomfortable by a doctor I have never been spoken to like this by a doctor. So I won’t be ever going back and I sure hope he doesn’t speak to his patients like this often.

Horrible Doctor saw him in 2018 and was mistreated. I missed one of my scheduled appointments and this doctor told me that this was his petpeve. He told me to use my phone and let them know when I need to reschedule because this is how he takes care of his family. He took me off all of my medications.

First time to Dr. Hatfield..he was awesome.. made me feel very welcome and showed great interest in my welfarenRachael, his nurse is a very special lady..she would be an asset to.any office..all.office personnel were very friendlly and efficient..I am totally pleased with my choice

staff is very friendly n Dr. Hatfield sits there an listen and try to understand ur situation and he do his best to make sure he take care of his patients if i could give this place another star i would
