Spare yourselves from this people! I would highly recommend for you to search elsewhere for a good doctor if you can because it’s not worth it! I guess that’s to be expected when you have a doctor’s office in a poor neighborhood! All I’m going to say is they are slow, unprofessional, and down right ignorant! When I say ignorant, I mean they don’t know how to treat patients correctly! It just seems like they are going with the flow! You have to be on top of them because if not they will not do anything right! For example, I had to reschedule an appointment and I was told I would get a phone call letting me know when they’ll have a date for me! That was a freakin month ago! I had to call THEM because they completely forgot! My appointment was at 1:00. I got there 5 minutes before it was time. I had to wait an hour and 40 minutes just to be seen, while other people who got there after me was called way quicker. They also left me in the room for almost an hour without telling me anything after I spoke with the doctor for 3 freakin minutes! One of the nurses had to come back and ask me what was I being seen for, like are you kidding me? They also said I can go back and have a seat in the waiting area to wait for my script and I was like, “wait... am I being prescribed with anything? The doctor didn’t even come back to see me after only speaking with her briefly for 3 minutes!” Then she said, “well you can go ahead and leave.” I said, “wait...seriously? That’s it?” So I left! I was so upset because I wasted almost 4 and a half hours in that freakin doctors office just to find out nothing! I cannot stress this enough people, but PLEASE look elsewhere for a more respectable doctor’s office because this isn’t it! I wouldn’t have gave them any star if I had the option!
