They purposely do not answer the phones on the day we are to call for assistance. If it does ring to get through they pick up and hang up. You don't actually get to speak to someone until they tell u they cant take anyone until the next month. That's ridiculous. I wish I knew where to report this office.

They are taking the phone off the hook between answering calls on the morning when you are to call for Engery Assistance. Really sad. Today, June 2, 2020 my call log says I called over 400 times in less than two hours. Twice my call was answered and hung up, others were busy.
They never answer the phone or it hangs up in the middle of ringing and when I leave a message with the call center noone calls me back! BUT they do have some nice ladies who really help you to get the help you need!
When there is money from Cleco, you can not get an answer on the phone. Plus they will no accept appointments in person. I was able to leave one message but have not heard back.
