We had a blast at their Saturday morning Cajun music slot! Troy Lejuene and band were great, beer was cold and the folks were friendly. I would highly recommend going to bed early and start partying 9-1 Saturday in Mamou!!

Fred's Lounge is a historical monument! If you want to truly experience small town Cajun culture you MUST stop by here on a Saturday morning. Yes, you will drink before 10 a.m. BUT you will experience wonderful Cajun French music and the glorious warm people of South Louisiana! This should be a bucket list item for everyone!

We always have a great time with Buffy and the gang at Fred's on Saturday mornings. You're always going to meet new people and see all of your own folks. Drinks, LIVE Cajun music and dancing. Can't beat it!
