Do not recommend at all! Customer service is horrible. Long wait times! Worst thing midsouth could have ever did was went out of business.
I have been with this bank for MANY years, since long before it was even Hancock. I've never had complaints and have always received prompt and courteous service but in the last 6 or so months that has changed. I am most often a drive thru customer cause it was always quick and easy....but not any more!! Always a minimum of 10 minutes in line even if there's only 2 cars. Today, with 10 cars in line and it being the weekend before Christmas, I waited 10 minutes and only 1 car moved....totally unacceptable!!! Cars were lined up blocking entrances to adjacent parking lots and walk in customer parking lots were full as well. Please address this issue!!nSigned: Loyal customer of nearly 40 yrs
Customer service is amazing!
Since being switched to Hancock Whitney I’ve really haven’t had problems until recently. The online banking system will not me login in and I concerned about my finances here in this bank.
