I'll update this post depending on how things progress. If I could rank it a ZERO I would at this point. I fully understand that due to the COVID-19 situation that we are going through unprecedented times, however, this is a business that gladly accepted money for a service, but has had NO communication since March 16th (when they cancelled class) about what their plans are for opening back up. I have a child that turned 15 in April and that wants his permit, yet we have a company that will not answer their phones are provide an update to their customers....2 months later....Nothing!!!nnUpdate.....nearly 6 months after we paid for a service we were able to get my child their permit. The end result was great, but the lack of communication and urgency leave a lot to be desired.

They worked with my daughter to get her class complete! They made sure she was scheduled in the smallest class possible and let her sit in the side room if needed. They also made sure she had the skills needed to safely drive & helped her have confidence in her abilities. They made sure she could drive in the busiest situations. I applaud the instructors for their diligent and patient efforts! She is a really good driver now! I love riding with her even in Baton Rouge! They are the BEST!

A very professional experience! If I had to choose a driving school again it would be easy!! Apsys is the best!
