Zed handled renting my house for me when I moved to Chicago for over a year. I never had to worry about a thing. I always received my rent money right on schedule—never late. And when I returned to Lafayette and was ready to move back into my house, I further realized how judiciously Zed had been protecting my most valuable asset. Mid-way through the time period that the renters occupied my house, through Zed’s normal diligence, he determined that the renters had knocked two huge holes in a wall. He had the renters pay and repair everything back to perfect. The only way that I knew something happened was because Zed told me about it. I would have to say, if you want a great company that you can trust to be proactive in managing your precious home, Zed is your man.
Zed and his team are amazing and extremely knowledgeable They will take care of your investments and I highly recommend them.
