Chris is great! She has a super sweet spirit and my girls and I are glad we found her! The rest of the staff is nice and the salon itself is beautifully decorated and comfortable.

I scheduled an appointment with Byrd at least 6 weeks in advance and also purchased hair from her. If you view the website you will see that strict rules apply when booking an appointment. These are rules that the stylist broke herself. My appointment was for 7:00 am. I arrived 10 minutes early after traveling 1 1/2 hours to get to Lafayette. I finally called her at 7:30 am to see if I was at the correct location. She text me back and said she had overslept and she was getting dressed to be in route to the salon. She arrived 2 hours late. Never once did she apologize or offer any explanation for her tardiness. She had text me the day before to charge me a late fee for dying the hair because she said it was delivered to her late which was not the case. She dyed the. hair while and was there and proceeded to service 2 other clients before completing my service. The sew-in, color, and style were awful. The weave cap she used made my scalp itchy and irritated. She made jokes to her collegues about being late that morning. I was there for at least 8 hours and was never once offered a drink of water. Due to attending a planned family event, had to immediately remove the install and choose and alternative hair style. She lacked of professionalism, empathy, and skills while performing my services which deserves a 0 rating/star. I will never return to this salon.

They have great services. They talk with you like they know you and they are overall friendly people. There work is amazing.

Why have a customer schedule an appointment and when you get there you still have to wait 1 to 2 hours and then after waiting 2 hours you have to sit under the dryer for 45 minutes! It should not take 5 hours to one client's hair. I am just saying and this is every time I visit this salon. Thankfully the outcome is good, usually, but don't plan on going by your appointment time.

The ladies there are phenomenal, Peppa and the crew will get you right! They absolutely know what they're doing and how to do it. From Bob's, sew-ins, make up, quick weaves etc... Believe me they got you!
