They seem very understaffed. It takes a long time to get your order taken from inside. The staff is nice, but there doesn't seem to be enough people.

Always Understaffed, always terrible quality. I have checked back from time to time out of curiosity/forgetting my experience here, and keep getting reminded of how awful this location is.nThe fries have tasted consistently off for about a year now. Never before have I had this strange and awful taste in my mouth for 20 minutes after I ate there.
The only reason I gave one star is because there is no option to give no stars. the morning manager is a rude sloppy mess of a person who never once got any of my orders right even a simple sausage egg and cheese biscuit. If you hate your job so much just quit instead of taking it out on paying coustomers.
The people that work there don't give a flying f.... Your wrong they are right. Cold stale food is their forte'. They Excell at being rude!nThis is the BK on Rees Street in Breaux Bridge that I'm talking about
