CVS Pharmacy

Didnt have meds in stock! Had to go some where else. They didnt know when it would be in other than that good stuff in store

Pharmacy is horriblenWas told by another CVS this location had plenty medicine in stock. Upon arrival pharmacist didn't wanna fill it and said its out of stock. We know thats a lie

After having discovered our few mom & pop pharmacies where medication is normally dropped off and picked up in 5 minutes, I try to avoid CVS. However, my pharmacy was out of a medication, and this CVS had it. As always, there was a mess. “We’ll have it ready tomorrow.” I call in the morning, “We’ll need a few more hours.” Only the drive through I open during the pandemic (a good thing); my med costs $15.00. She quoted me $168. She ran it without using my insurance card on file. I pointed that out. I’ve seen this happen before. It does not take long rerun the medication with my insurance. Ms. Personality tells me, “You’ll have to drive to the back of the line.” I ask why. “Because you want to use your insurance.” Duh???? Who doesn’t? I complied. I would not have ranted during this pandemic, but even before this, my experience picking up meds for a sick friend at CVS always involved a “mistake” that would result in either her paying much more the normal price, or a long wait, or, “can you come back in 1 hours,” the pharmacist (singular) is at lunch. Corporate greed... accept all scripts, but hire as few personnel as possible. My mom & mop pharm. has one person at each register, and generally 3 - 4 pharmacists going at the same time. Can you imagine calling your pharmacy, and a human answers? Can you imagine dropping off a script and not having to wait more than 5 minutes? If that sounds good to you, give our locally owned pharmacies a try!

I went at 3am for acid medicine. The two guys were very helpful. I am glad there are still 24 hour spots

The pharmacists are always nice; however, you really have to go into the store to talk to them. Calling is usually useless, at best you'll be in hold for 30 minutes or more.
