These Pharmecy has the worst and bothersome, every time I bring a fully legal scripts, or going to get my refill either want to the doctor or the insurance company to validate a full valid and legal script with the doctor after hours, if they don’t get a fax or call back, they refuse to fill it. They are licensed to to do this and they refuse for no valid reason. Or they act as if they went to the medical school simply they don’t think the Medical Doctor should have not written this script.nMost pharmacists forget their job is simply counting the pills. They went to an extremely easy field so they can check the validity of the script and count not to analyze the patient conditions. This should be against the law. Especially the old man with a heavy country accent and the older female that break the law every time they see me. Walgreens should train it’s employees to follow their job description and not to be medical analyst over the MD.nSincerely, D. Razi
This Walgreens is a very nice store and very clean. The staff here are very friendly. If your picking up your prescription at the Drive thru, sometimes the line can be long at times. Since the Location is at Ambassador Caffrey & Congress it's a very busy store.
Sitting in the drive thru with the same vehicle at the window for over 30 minutes! Absolutley ridiculous.
