I hired Bilma to do numerous roofs at my apartment complex, when there was an issue with one roof I called her to come and take a look at what was happening. For over three weeks she promised over and over she would come out but would never show up. After three weeks of waiting for her, she then claimed it was weather damage and not her workmanship although she never came out to look. I don't know how you can make a determination of what is happening without viewing the roofs. She does not guarantee her work as she falsely claims. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE HER!
I hired Bilma’s Construction and her company to do my roof and inside remodeling. They did such a professional job, highly recommendable!
For a women in the construction business bilma knows her stuff! i loved how she layed bricks in our driveway!!!!!! Will defiantly call her back!!!
