Mr. Tim is very understanding. During the past few months he has done his best to help me. I really do appreciate that from the bottom of my heart. I will forever refer people to him. Thanks soo much Mr. Tim and it was a pleasure talking with you Mrs.melonie.

I just did a closing here a few weeks ago. Very polite and professional. Tim and his staff are very easy to work with.

Stay away. Totally incompetent. Destroyed my finances by taking on a matter he was admittedly unqualified for and billing outrageous amounts. (My family couldn’t fire him as he was named executor of my parent’s estate.). Save yourself. Go elsewhere!!!

I live in Youngsville. I purchased a home in a neighborhood. The investors of the neighborhood hired Tim Reynolds to help set up our HOA. Despite calling Mr. Reynolds weekly for over six months he refused to take my calls or call me back. We were unable to activate the HOA without him due to the way the bylaws were written. During that time the fountains in our pond stopped working and the common areas became overgrown and depreciated. Then when the investors finally completely pulled out and sold the remainder of the empty land bordering our neighborhood Mr. Reynolds stood up infront of the Youngsville city council and told them he tried get us to start the HOA but we chose not to vote in an HOA president and take control. Now our one street neighborhood has a pond with no irrigation because come to find out the fountain is broken, and it was wired not up to code, and run down common area. At first I thought Tim Reynolds was just not good at returning calls. But I was wrong. He was a really good Lawer for the investors. He was able to save the investors money by allowing our neighborhood to become run down and blocking us from starting an HOA and he was able to completely falsify information to the city council. But to his credit he was not under oath so he didn't have to tell the truth.
