Claire's Walmart

I am very very very disappointed of Claire’s Carencro, I went get a piercing the lady did not explain to me how much would it cost total to get a piercing! she told me start with 16.99 and that’s it ,I never thought it would get up to $79 ++++ she did not told me how much total would it cost me!!! So I ended up paying $160++ for my daughter and I so I am very very shocked! Plus the lady she don’t even prioritize us she put first the people who just got there to get something! So I have to wait a little longer for me to get a piercing and she doesn’t even get it right!!! Sigh! What a bad experience! Never again!!!

The girl seemed like she was in a hurry. She made me nervous and she didn't explain anything to me. My ear piercings are crooked and she handed me a bag when I left and never told me what was in the bag or what to do with it. Would definitely not want her piercing my ears again.
