As a first time customer, I was nervous. Are they going to try and “sell” me something? Will there even be something I can afford? My nerves were settled almost immediately by the staff member that approached me, Megan. She allowed me to zero in on an area before approaching. Thank you for not attacking me upon entering! From that point on she listened to my needs and guided me to the best options. Megan was a great listener and was very knowledgeable, which made all the difference. I highly recommend this location and Megan!

My salesperson Becky has been the best salesperson we’ve encountered. She has become our friend because of her warmth and concern for our needs when it comes to our purchases. I’ve been shopping at Les Michael’s for over 10 years and the quality of the jewelry, the quality of her professionalism as well as the quality and professionalism of the entire store personnel has made shopping at Lee Michael’s a great experience every time. My sales person was Megan. My purchase was a custom made item. On top of that I live in Atlanta so all our interaction was via phone, text and emails. I have been treated so well by everyone but I have developed a great relationship with Becky at Lee Michaels. She is friendly and helpful and makes you feel comfortable. Also she is patient when helping me make a decision. I have bought minimal price merchandise Of $100nto now what I consider high end for my budget and I have never been made feel unimportant with my small purchases.
