Wow where do I begin, This place is simply amazing so much better than your run of the mill mall jewelry store, first off the staff is something that you just have to experience, it was very busy I'm sure you've experienced this before where there are at least 2-3 times more shoppers than employees, and it's like you are invisible to each and everyone of them, but not here and I am not embellishing whatsoever, I promise you that I was kindly greeted by each and every employee in this store, sometimes just to say hey, or if the gentleman that was assisting me had to go to the back for a box or when he was gift wrapping the gift I wasn't standing there no longer than maybe 1 minute before I was asked if I needed any assistance, and I noticed they were actually doing this with everyone if they had to maybe walk across the floor to get something for their customer, they also made sure that every single person was not only taken care of but treated like a king or queen. Not only this but they have an incredible amount of some of the most beautiful pieces I have seen in quite some time, just amazing craftsmanship that they put out this is one company that takes the utmost pride in every single aspect of their business down to how immaculately clean everything was, I give William S. Nacol Jewelry by far the single greatest review of any place I have ever had the privilege to be able to review and every single word is straight from my heart, I will definitely be back soon, and I highly recommend you give them a chance to be able to experience this, you won't regret it, I know I will be a lifelong customer.
