I have been looking around for the right rugs for my new home for a few months. I found samir online and gave him a call. He told me his background and experience with rugs which was reassuring. He told me to send him photos and sizes of the rooms. He knew exactly what would work and sent me several photos of rugs for each rooms. Had plenty of different options and they were all so beautiful. We selected several of them to try out. We are 4 hours away and samir offered to bring them over and lay them out in each room so we can see how they work. He went above and beyond for us and couldn’t be more happy. He even told us we could trade them back for other rugs if we ever decide to move which was reassuring. Very difficult to find this type of customer service and feel like you are being treated like you are family. Highly recommend Samirs oriental rugs.

From the first moment I spoke to the owner on the phone, he was rude to me, accusing me of being a telemarketer. The customer service at this place is terrible. I will bring my rugs elsewhere for cleaning in the future. I do not recommend dealing with this man if it can be at all avoided.
