I am 100% satisfied with the work Justin L. and his assistant did today. Dropped in a couple of can lights in my living room. Price was great, efficient, and professionally done. A great experience and will have them over this summer to do more work. Great job guys.

First, let me explain the situation. We bought our house in October of 2020, the breaker box had to be changed. Since we moved in we’ve noticed that some outlet’s aren’t working properly all of the time. Example, an outside outlet worked for a week during Christmas and then stopped working for 3 days and then came back on. No breaker was thrown, everything was normal.nWe also noticed that the heat/vent/light in both bathrooms don’t work at all. I’m not sure if it’s wiring or a bad unit, but the breakers aren’t thrown. So, I called today after the rolling blackouts last week to have Mr. Electric send someone out to just look at our breaker box, wiring and some other things.nI’m FULLY AWARE that it will be under a home warranty call/case and that I will pay Mr. Electric up front, I made that clear to Judith (the lady I was talking to). I wanted someone who I thought was reputable to help me. Judith, while I’m sure she intended to “save me money”, told me that I needed to call the people who changed the box prior to the sale. I have never called Mr. Electric before and I will never call or use them in the future.nAll I needed was help, someone to come out and work with me.

Jason Higgins and crew did a phenomenal job extending electrical service from our home panel to our workshop. Ran new cable, swapped out breakers and added new 220 outlets as well. All the work was very clean and professionally done. Highly recommend!

Brandon arrived on time and with a great attitude. He went right to work and gave us the best solution for our issue. He was a great person to be around. He seems to really love his job. Brandon did great work. I would recommend him for any electrical issues you have! We will absolutely be using him again!

I highly recommend Mr. Electric. Our service rep Brandon Oubre was very knowledgeable and professional. He took time to explain in detail all of my generator services and maintenance. He is very honest and professional and I highly recommend Brandon and Mr. Electric. Great customer service. 100% recommend.
