I cannot recommend ACI enough. Their caring and professional staff made me feel safe and comfortable during a particularly scary episode of dizziness. They worked diligently to diagnose & treat my issues, and checked back to ensure I was recovering. I suggest young and old give them a try. You won't be sorry. I know I'm happy to be a patient.

We were sent here by my son’s pediatrician to get his ears checked because of a slight speech delay (he is two). The doctor acted as though she had never worked with children before. It was an awful experience for us. She didn’t try to get him to warm up to her. She just jumped right in there trying to shove things in his ear. Obviously, it didn’t go over well. She had us hold him down, said he needed to be quiet, then told us her recommendation is to go get tubes and come back. She made this recommendation based on 3 tests that she couldn’t even get an accurate reading on. Needless to say, we will not be returning and have already brought our business elsewhere... to someone who is better equipped at handling scared children.nnI have known people who come here and love it, but if you need someone for small children I would look elsewhere.

I am a retired Professor of Audiology. I taught potential Doctor of Audiology candidates for over 20 years. I underwent a full evaluation for audio-vestibular problems recently and found the Audiologists at ACI to be practicing the gold standards of practicing Audiologists. Exceptionally professional and empathetic. I am pleased for the profession of Audiology has such competent and caring people providing services to the people of Acadiana.

Kind people, efficient and competent. I get worried with new offices and people, but this visit went well. I got so tickled when she was explaining what the hearing aid would do. It sounds like it would reach everything but the International Space Station--love me some gadgets lol.

Very tidy office with a friendly but professional atmosphere. Everything was explained well and every courtesy was afforded. Thank you and I am excited for my new ears to come in!
