They are awesome. My husband and I have been customers of theirs for 19+ years. (Since way back in the Ostling and Brooks days!) ud83dude42. We have gotten things from them- things they carry or their own one-of-a-kind custom jewelry. We have also had several pieces they have created from what we have given them to create something new from their designs with. Or simply had an idea In our heads of pieces we would like to be made- and they have done incredible things for us! Bottom line they treat you like family, and are legit brilliant people/Jewelers.

The lady that was there today was very kind and I learned quite a lot from her. I'm considering going back and picking up the ring she showed me.

I came in with a broken necklace that I had bought several months ago from them. They were more than willing to attempt to fix it that day since I was only in town for the weekend. Everyone was super nice and helpful and they were even willing to drop it off after hours at our hotel if they didn't get it fixed in time. Amazing service! They ended up just replacing the broken chain and I had it back a few hours later.

I went in there with a unique heirloom chain that was a gift from my grandma to my grandpa back in the 60's and was passed down to my father and then my brother.nnSomeone ended up grabbing onto the neckless and breaking it into thirds. Due to how unique the chain was, I was thinking it was going to be an expensive fix, however Greg and Mary quoted me just $19. I ended up with a fixed, polished neckless for my brother that was stronger than it was before.nnI can not explain the gratitude I feel for these two, further more the chain looks better than it was before it was broke! You should definitely check out their beautiful jewelry in their shop as well!
