My grandmother used to love going to this store, but on a recent visit the manager came up to her and told her in a very unprofessional and rude manner to leave without giving her a reason why. My grandmother is the sweetest lady ever and was obviously mistaken for someone else as her previous visit was 6 months prior. She was very emabarrassed as to why she would be kicked out. Needless to say, no one in our family or friend circle will be giving our business to exuberance and I advise others to not as well.

I don’t appreciate being laughed at snidely, when bringing back a product that breaks after a month and being told it’s user abuse. I felt extremely frustrated dealing with them. A product should last longer than a month and you shouldn’t treat your customers disrespectfully.
