The quality of my nails we're not what I wanted. I inform them of this and showed them a picture. They still didn't want to correct the problem and was acting like I was bothering them. They were very rude and unprofessional. Have they ever heard the phrase the customer is always right. They need to work on this ASAP. They also act like they are doing services for free and you are going to accept any kind treatment they give you. Well excuse me because I will NOT spend my money in a place that gives attitude. I can spend my hard earned money elsewhere!!!

I wish I could give them ZERO STARS. The whole staff is RUDE! I wanted to know details about why my total was so high and they proceeded to talk over me and ask me “am I done speaking” I would not recommend this nail shop and the only reason I came is because my original nail tech was unavailable.
