This is a good place to stop for gas on our way through town. We like to stop by the Rouse’s on our way through Lafayette, then fill up here before going back up to the 10. They always have cheap gas and it’s a nice, new store.

Employees are always so nice & professional when I go. Very clean inside & out from what I have seen, pump area always clean & spacious.nnRacetrack has the best selection out of all gas station chains; froyo, pizza, misc cooked food, est. 30 gum types, all major brands, wide snack selection, what's not to like. #proveMEwrong

The reps locked the restroom at 8 pm stating that they were closed. The bathroom was not inoperable but had been cleaned. How is this great service to customers? The cashier then told my fiancé that he was disrespectful for opening the door. This is tasteless and unprofessional. I’ve never had a problem with Racetrac or its employees until now! If my presence is good enough to spend money on gasoline, why can’t I use the public restroom? Customer service was horrible!

The gas station and the convenience store itself are great but the customer service is pathetic! For example, I have the app and if I want to redeem something, they DO always want to grab my phone which is not the best thing in this Covid times even if there wasn't coronavirus. This action has not only been performed by the employees but also by one of the managers (The tall black guy with red dreads). Last night, he grabbed my phone and was messing with it, I mean, watching my stuff. That is quite disrespectful and an invasion of privacy. Regardless the intention, NO employee should ever grab the customers' phone because it's a personal item.nI live right by this location, but I'm willing to drive whatever it takes to get a quality service. This people really need to be trained for customer service.

It’s funny how this location always puts up signs saying they will be opening or closing at a specific time... but never stick to that time. I believe a business/persons word is everything and when you say your going to be open at a certain time you should be open at that time!nnI would not recommend going here, especially if you work night shifts and get off at 6am (when they say they will be open but aren’t).
