Absolutely terrible haircut. I asked for a simple medium bald fade. Apparently my medium is a basically a high and tight for her. Instead for one continuous fade there were 3 different lines of fades. And overcharged. A fade is roughly $17, my total was over $24. I don't belive there is a $7 tax anywhere. Do not recommend, will not be returning. Im going to have to go somewhere else for them to fix this.
I went to fix a mistake I made when trying to cut my own hair. The lady was kind and did not admonished my mistake or rub the error of my ways in my face.nShe did a great job correcting my hair and left with a pleased look!nVery affordable as well.
I went in to get a simple braid style, really simple. The stylist finished and she overcharged me, she added fees for all kinds of things. For example I asked her if the wash was included and she told me yes it's included and then charged me $10 to dry my hair. Deceptive! I will not be returning as I have found a licensed braider who is amazing and her prices are great. I will be requesting a portion of my money back. They should let you know how much the fee is before the work is done. Very deceptive practice. I know they have to split what they make with the company, so they overcharge customers so there cut will be larger, shameful! Very disappointed ☹ufe0f
Very pleasant atmosphere friendly good work
The assistant manager Ariel is very professional and a talented stylist. I went in for a hair wash and was blown away by the timeliness in getting a chair and as well as the service. Definitely recommend anyone to check check her out for all your needs! I will definitely be a continued customer after the experience I had this morning. Check her out if you’re in the Zachary area. You will love her.
