Food was excellent, service is as expected for a hot spot restaurant. Had the chili with mushrooms. Cook works calm and steady. Sanitary work station for short order. Off menu Grilled cheese is good, but cheese did not fully melt. Overall pleasant experience. Protocols being used efficiently and effectively. Waitress even ran out to deliver forgotten item for guest. ud83dude00

If I could give it a zero I would . Went there the other night to pick up food and I go to the counter to place my order and I’m immediately told (the white female waitress) ‘hold on someone will be with you in a second’ the waitress told me it was shift change and she was waiting for the relief to take over the shift in order to take my order all the while still servicing another customer. I waited 20 mins a no one still came to take my order. I’m a manager in the fast food industry myself and regardless of your shift about to end customers are still to be served considering for one I came 15 mins before the shift ended which is ample time to fix my food and two the blatant disrespect of he serving another customer and tell me I had to wait for the next shift , I feel like she should be fired because it is not good for business.

The service was bad. They were yelling over each other, the manager was talking real bad to her crew members. Orders took 45 minutes to an hour to be served and to be seated it took 25min. There were open tables but they were taken they time to clean them. One server took butter off a table that was left by the last people who eat at that table and put it back in the refrigerator. Due to covid and she will do something like that. I will not go back to this location. Maybe I went ate on a bad shift. They need a shift clean out ASAP. They don't deserve no stars. Had to put one star just to write my review. If I was a private secret customer to see how they run the store, everyone would have been gone that same day, clean house.
